I understand that this community is a Private Members Association. It is not a public group. At no point will I ever discuss member dealings with non-members or people from the public except in simply stating that this community is a private buying group, in order to inform and invite people to join our community.

I will, to the best of my abilities, try and sort out conflict with others in a fair and honourable manner. If I cannot find good resolution, I can include the Administration to act as arbitrator.

As this PMA grows, there will be opportunities for all members to bring in their own offerings (business services) to the community. I will present my offerings with the appropriate transparency and best possible information and ethical standards.

In my own offerings, I will use good sanitation and handling practices to embody the standards of this community and create trust. I will also engage in ethical and humane practices in all aspects of production. When asked, I will disclose exactly how something is produced/raised and answer all questions a community member might have.

I will extend these standards to non-member dealings because it speaks to my character.

If I violate these rules, my membership may be revoked and I may no longer be able to participate within this community.
